About Us
WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO
We are driven by a single goal; to make the world a better place for all African children. We strive to ensure that education and proper nutrition which are keys to a child's survival, is not a dream but a reality for every child.

When we say we are changing the world, here is what we are doing
ONE STEP AT A TIME, WE ARE MAKING A DIFFERENCE
The Anthonia Foundation is aimed at changing and shaping lives. The work we do at our nonprofit is aimed at providing a holistic approach to solving some of our society’s biggest challenges. We empower children by creating educational opportunities for them that will have a long lasting impact on their families and communities.
PROVIDING QUALITY EDUCATION
REINFORCING OUR COMMITMENT
With this initiative, our goal is to promote great opportunities for children who cannot afford quality education. With access to the right resources, out-of-school-kids can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential and also bring tremendous change to their communities. PROVIDING QUALITY NUTRITION
HELPING THE COMMUNITY
We are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing the issue of malnutrition as this is interconnected with a child's ability to learn. Free Food Friday is by no means an easy feat, but through cooperation and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate progress in this area. We are always striving to make a difference, and we invite you to learn more and lend your support.
Our Projects
COLLABORATIVE & INNOVATIVE
EDUCATE-A-CHILD
Every child has a right to quality education, unfortunately about 40 million children are out of school, out of which 33 million are Africans and more than 10 million Nigerian kids. When kids are deprived of basic education, it becomes increasingly difficult to break the cycle of poverty because the lack of quality education reduces a child's ability to become an empowered adult.
We recognize the importance of quality education on poverty eradication, hence the reason for our EducateAChild program which allows you to sponsor a child's education. By donating towards their tuition, you will directly put a child through school. Sponsors are also able to maintain communication with sponsored child and provide mentorship and guidance. Imagine the lasting impact you can have in a child's life by funding his/her education.

EDUCATION SUPPORT SERVICES
We do not see a point in returning kids back to school if they do not have the necessary items needed to succeed. Clean uniforms, notebooks and textbooks are basic necessities for every school child. With as little as a $10 donation, you can support one child with text and note books. You are also encouraged to donate textbooks and basic school supplies.

FREE FOOD FRIDAY
Good nutrition is necessary to live a healthy and full life. Unfortunately, malnutrition is the cause of deaths for more than half of children under the age of 5 in Africa and the few malnourished children who survive beyond the age of 5 struggle academically and grow to become unproductive pupils. This in turn affects employment, poverty eradication and even increases the risk of chronic illnesses.
We hope to provide lasting solutions to these issues by providing healthy and nutritious lunch to school children every last Friday of each month. These packs will include mainly dairy, fruits and vegetables.
An educated and well fed child will do well academically, grow to fulfill their dreams, help their communities and families thereby break the cycle of poverty.
